Once a reservation has been made and a valid credit card number has been recorded from the customer, we guarantee the number of seats reserved on the scheduled cruise will be available to the party who made the reservation. Should the customer choose to cancel the reservation prior to departure they may do so at their discretion for any reason by notifying our customer care center at 251-550-8000, at least two hours prior to the scheduled departure. Failure to timely notify or show up for a reservation will result in empty seats and the reserved credit card will be charged the full fare, times the number of seats reserved.
If the captain deems the weather, the vessel, or any equipment to be insufficient in making a safe and pleasurable cruise, he reserves the right to cancel said cruise. In such a case, no charges will be incurred to any customer and we will do our best to reschedule each reservation as space on subsequent cruises is available.
